WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
Let’s break down Back to BA Day! It’s a whole new take on getting BA students ready for the new school year, much less transactional and a lot more relational. But, there are still details you need to know. Let's dive in!
COURSE SCHEDULES & LOCKER ASSIGNMENTS
Schedules are now available on Veracross. Log in to your Veracross account and view your schedule by clicking the "Classes and Reports" button on your home page. Upper school students' locker numbers are listed on course schedules and will be posted at each grade hall. Middle School students' lockers will be labeled with their name to be easily located. Please go directly to your grade's den to find your locker assignment. When you arrive to campus for Back to BA Day, head to your student's locker to put away school supplies and pick-up your Back to BA Day checklist, map, and surprise gift.
*NEW* BOOK FEE
BA has made purchasing books more convenient for families this year by implementing a book fee that will cover all textbooks, workbooks, and required reading materials for your student! This year, instead of purchasing students' individual books from each department in the gym, all books will be waiting for them in their classes on the first day of school!
The book fee is $250 for each middle school student and $325 for each upper school student.
LAST CHANCE: BOOK BUY-BACK JULY 25 & JULY 28
Because of the new book fee being implemented for the 2025-2026 school year, we're holding a last chance book buy-back. If you have any of the titles on the list below, please bring them to the buy-back station on July 25 and July 28.

Please note that if your senior qualifies for senior privileges (see handbook), they will have the ability to leave campus during lunch beginning at the Quarter 3 interim.
*NEW* YONDR POUCH POLICY
We're introducing Yondr pouches to help us ensure a device-free space during the school day. All students will receive their Yondr pouch on the first day of school, but there will be a demonstration and information station at Back to BA Day in Kennedy Gymnasium to learn more. You can also find more information about Yondr at the link below.
*NEW* SWEET TREATS
Join us outside the Upper School Entrance to enjoy sweet treats from The Swirly Turtle & The Steel Pony (available for purchase).
